Master Li was also a Master of the Internal art Baguazhang and probably others. Most Internal Arts Masters knew all Taiji, Xingyi and Bagua.

So he already had Qi based training of the Taoist School.

Hello,

I, too, want to know how to get rid of calcium buildup under the skin. Mine is also in my neck and also in the head. It is rather painful and difficult to rasie my head off the pillow during the night.

I have a theory about longliving. Master LI exept using herbs , probably he created special breathing techniques which helped him make pure his body inside. Nowdays meditation is transformed and avaible techiques are too weak to achive 250 age..If you want to work with me to create these techniques plz write a mail:)

That is a really good option to colon cleansing.

However if you want the convenience of all the ingredients encapsulated in the right proportions and ammounts. A colon clease product is a good alternative.
