Carrots are a great cleanser of bile and moribund matter impacted in the liver. Carrots are very high in potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, sulfer, chlorine, phosphorus, and protein, and furnish one of the best-known sources of Vitamin A.

Celery stalk holds a tremendous amount of organic sodium, which helps to eliminate calcium deposits. The green leaves contain insulin. Celery is rich in magnesium and in iron for the red blood cells.

Garlic is a powerful blood cleanser, digestive stimulant, systemic cleanser, and diuretic. It has a beneficial effect on the lymphatic system and is a strong cleanser of mucous membranes. It is a powerful antibiotic and conditions of high blood pressure.

Sour, or bitter, orange juice is used in a great many Yucatecan dishes. It's an essential part of achiote, the spice mix used in many Mayan recipes. You can read more about Yucatecan food here: http://www.yucatantoday.com/culture/eng-yucatecancuisine.htm

I am not very clear on this particular issue. This is because other says one need to consult a doctor before taking supplements. one on the other hand says she didnot consult a doctor before taking it and it was quite successful. So which of the two methods is advisible for high blood patience?

PARDON THE USE OF UPPERCASE. PARKINSON'S HAS REDUCED ME TO ONE TYPING FINGER.

IN 1988, I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH ADVANCED PSC (SCHLEROSING CHOLANGITIS). DOCTORS PUSHED FOR A LIVER TRANSPLANT IN 1992.

BUT, EXTRACT OF MILK THISTLE TEA DRAMATICALLY LOWERED MY AST, ALT & BILIRUBIN NUMBERS. THE DOCTORS WERE BAFFLED BY THIS.

UNFORTUNATELY, THEIR BRAINS WENT INTO SLEEP MODE WHEN INFORMED OF MY USE OF M-THISTLE TEA. IT DIDN'T FIT THEIR HORROR-TECHNOLOGY-CUT-AND-DRUG MODEL, APPARENTLY.

EUROPEAN MEDICS HAVE UTILIZED M-T IN THEIR HEPATIC PROTOCOLS FOR YEARS. EVENTUALLY, HOWEVER, I RAN OUT OF OPTIONS & WAS TRANSPLANTED IN 1994.

NEVERTHELESS, THIS HUMBLE LITTLE HERB BOUGHT ME A YEAR AND RELIEVED SYMPTOMS TO INCLUDE: MALAISE, CHRONIC ACID REFLUX, AND DEVILISH NOCTURNAL ITCHING.

HOPEFULLY, THIS INFO WILL BE USEFUL TO A FELLOW-SUFFERER. I MIGHT BLOG MY BATTLE WITH PSC AT MY OWN SITE HERE AT WORDPRESS.

CAVEAT! I'M NOT DISSEMINATING MEDICAL ADVISE, JUST A PIECE OF PERSONAL MEDICAL HISTORY.
